2020 threw the live events and conferences circuit off track and forced many events to go virtual. However, 2021 has seen a swift turnaround and a return to in-person conferences. With Chicago on track to fully reopen by July 4th, the 2021 Apartmentalize Conference will be an entirely in-person meeting, barring any unforeseen setbacks.
Apartmentalize 2021 aims to help improve education, networking opportunities and find new solutions for the apartment complex managers’ community. H2O Degree is thrilled to return to this conference, being held on August 29th through September 2nd.
What Is Apartmentalize?
The National Apartment Association holds this annual event in Chicago, and it covers many of the issues that apartment property managers have to deal with daily. Complete with speaking sessions, educational programs, and a wide-open exposition floor, attendees have options at their disposal. They gain the opportunity to learn, grow, network, and check out the latest technological improvements available to rental industry professionals.
A Look At The Education Sessions
For the rental industry, learning new ways to help your tenants and keep your building running smoothly remains one of the most critical aspects of the job. At the Apartmentalize Conference, our education offerings include Breakout, Student Housing Experience, Open Space, Express Education, Health and Wellness Stage, Supplier Success, and our REWIND Recordings sessions. These sessions aim to help the attendees find the avenues to any professional development they want to pursue.

Where You Can Find H2O Degree at 2021 Apartmentalize
Aside from finding some of our team members attending some of the choice educational sessions, you can find the H2O Degree team on the Exhibitor Floor of the Apartmentalize Conference. We’ll be setting up at Booth #878 on the main floor and sharing our expertise on wireless utility submetering system solutions, thermostat control, and our other offerings that can help property managers get a fuller picture of their utility usage and navigate more comprehensive tenant billing solutions.
When Can I Register?
The registration period for 2021 Apartmentalize has already begun. With the event kicking off on August 31st, tickets are still available for this networking and educational opportunity. With McCormick Place playing host once again, the city of Chicago patiently awaits the conference attendees.
The NAA is handling hotel accommodations through their housing vendor, Spargo, Inc. You can make early reservations to secure a room at the discounted rate by August 12th. After the 12th, you have to use the regular room rate.
